First class learning subtraction

Not so Scary Scarecrows!!

We painted a background of a sky and different fields using water paints, then we added our scarecrows! Some comments from the children; “My scarecrow has 19 patches”, Romilly Rose. “Our scarecrows turned out lovely”, Conor. “My scarecrow is very scary”, Harry. “My scarecrow’s name is Aimee Lee”, Isabel. Second Class 2016

Second Class have made a great start to the year. Titanic

Last week 1st Class had a ‘Titanic Day’. The children got a ticket for the boat in 1st Class, 2nd Class or 3rd Class and they had to dress accordingly. Pen Licence

Third Class have focused all year on improving their handwriting and especially their cursive writing. The children were delighted to receive their own pen licence certificates this week. This means they can now use pens aswell as pencils in school. Well done!
