Over the last two years the pupils in The Glen were involved in the Creative Clusters Initiative run by the Dept. of Education. We explored the world around us through learning creatively about it. We made birdhouses with Steve, beautiful bunting on our visit to Sligo Woodlands School with Trisha and paintings using the colours of the coastline when Karen came to visit us.
We visited St Cecilia’s School today for a celebration of our participation and to see all of our artwork displayed.
We also saw the work the others schools produced and saw the new outdoor classroom in St Cecilia’s.
It was a fun afternoon!
