Cross Country

Well done to all the runners who participated in the Sligo Schools Cross Country in Rathcormac today. 6th Class Donation to Sligo Cancer Support Centre

Today, June 6th, we had a visitor in 6th class. A really nice lady called Maureen from the Sligo Cancer Support Centre. She came so that we could present her with a cheque for €500! 2nd, 3rd & 4th Class Tour 2011

2nd, 3rd and 4th class went on their school tour last Wednesday. we visited Parkes Castle, took a boat trip on Lough Gill, went for a forest walk in Dooney Wood and paid a visit to Tobernalt Holy Well. Here are some pictures taken before the batteries in the camera ran out!

In geography we were learning about our county – Sligo. We had to answer twelve questions about our county. Our county is particularly good at Gaelic and soccer. Our county is in Connacht.
