Spring has Sprung!

We are delighted to see Spring has arrived and we’re watching out for signs of spring everywhere! Here is some of our spring art so far….

We read the novel, Happy Mouseday by Dick King-Smith. We wanted to have our own pet mouse so we made one out of clay! Check them out…..

Our gazebo got a makeover!

First Class worked as a team to give our gazebo a ‘new look’!  It has been transformed into an Igloo!  This is to enhance our role play area, for our Arctic theme, which is running throughout the school this month!

Balloon Trick!

First class learning subtraction

We were learning all about subtraction in a fun way today. Here we are doing our activities.  


Not so Scary Scarecrows!!

We painted a background of a sky and different fields using water paints, then we added our scarecrows! Some comments from the children; “My scarecrow has 19 patches”, Romilly Rose. “Our scarecrows turned out lovely”, Conor. “My scarecrow is very scary”, Harry. “My scarecrow’s name is Aimee Lee”, Isabel.
