Sixth Class Music Generation

Sixth class have been learning how to play the violin as part of the Music Generation programme. We have had five lessons so far with our tutor, Julia. Each lesson begins with 20 minutes of music theory followed by an hour of violin instruction. We are really enjoying the programme and are making great progress. We have already learned to play excerpts from ‘Willow Waltz’, ‘Manhattan Blues’ and ‘At the Ballet’. We look forward to displaying our musical talents in a performance later in the year.
