On the 15th of November, the school held a collection for the people in the Philippines. As you probably know the Philippines was hit over two weeks ago by a typhoon which destroyed many people’s homes and left thousands dead or injured. The school had a non-uniform day and pupils brought in money for the Philippines. Over 1,583 euro was raised by the pupils and teachers. We also had a food collection on the following Monday. Children brought in lots of tinned food.
