Welcome Back to School

Welcome back to all our pupils to the start of the new school year.


Slurry

Slurry is livestock’s dung. The slurry goes  into the slurry pit under the slatted shed or if you don’t have slatted sheds you have to scrape out all of the dung into the open slurry pit. The reason we keep the slurry is so we can spread it in the field  to make the grass grow longer for the silage season.


Papier Mache

We have been making papier mache over the past few weeks. We had to bring in a bowl or vase covered in cling film to use as a mould. Christmas Fayre 2012

This video captures the atmosphere of the Sligo Christmas Fayre which took place in the Stephen Street Car Park on December 8/9th, 2012. It features pupils from our school choir carol-singing at the event.
