Ipods and a QR Hunt!

A few weeks ago we had a QR hunt around our school.  We used an app called Inigma on the Ipods to reveal a question about people who help us.  There were twelve questions in total. We worked in pairs, it was great fun :)!

Meet Our Martians!

In First Class we are learning about Adjectives. We made a martian on the Ipods and then wrote about our martian in our copies where we focused on using as many adjectives as we could. In Aistear this month, we are learning about people who help us.  There are lots of people who help us. Joe’s daddy is a Paramedic with Meath Ambulance Service and he took time out to come and talk to us today about his work as a Paramedic and he also volunteers with the Coastguard. Farm Shop and Smoothie Bar!

Our Aistear theme for this month is a Farm Shop!  We sell healthy, fresh local produce in our shop! We are learning all about The Farm, farm animals, healthy eating, the food pyramid and lots more!! See some photos below…
