Knocknarea Attendance Board

Ransboro National School is an amalgamation of two previous national schools in the parish, namely Knocknarea NS and Kilmacowen NS. Our school opened in 1981 with the closure of these two schools. Fruit Kebabs

Last week the pupils in The Glen made Fruit Kebabs to give everybody an opportunity to taste different types of fruit. We used banana, apple, pear, kiwi, mango, orange, melon and kaki. GAA Around Ireland Video

Well done to Jack in 6th class who features in the new GAA Around Ireland video. This was an all Ireland schools collaboration video where each of the 32 counties passes the ball to each other through a variety of GAA sports. It will be shown in Croke Park at the launch of the GAA Go Games.

During our Christmas Nativity Service in Ransboro Church on Thursday December 18th, a collection took place amongst the congregation.
