Girls Win Cumann na mBunscol Final

Coast Guard Helicopter Visit

The helicopter from the Strandhill-based Coast Guard visited the school on Tuesday June 7th, 2016. Martin Savage and the 1916 Rising

My grandad’s uncle was Martin Savage who dedicated his life for the Irish. He fought in the GPO in the 1916 Rising. He surrendered to the British and was interned after the Rising. Redevelopment of School Library Complete

The school library was completed as part of the 2001 extension of the school. It gave a great focus to reading and was in constant use by all of the classes.
