Wind Socks

We made wind socks and took them to various areas around the school to check the wind direction and wind strength.

On the yard the socks didn’t move much because we were sheltered by the school building.

They moved more out on the astro turf and pitch as we were out in the open.

We also tried running with our wind socks to see what happened.

Back in the classroom we recorded our observations.
