Autumn has made its way to 1st class these last few weeks. We made some beautiful Autumn Trees using cotton buds showing all the Autumnal colours.
Along with studying various poems in English and Irish we also learned a very fun song about hibernation

We made some ‘hibernating bear’ buns.
We learned about which animals migrate, hibernate or adapt.
And we looked at the various places different animals hibernate.
Finally we compiled a book with all the facts we learned about Autumn.
