Second class had a great time on their visit to Dublin Zoo. The children had their photograph taken with a giant strawberry and brought home strawberries and a t-shirt as part of their prize.
We wandered round the zoo looking at all the different animals, had a lovely lunch in the Meerkat Restaurant and then completed our tour of the zoo.
In class we wrote a review of our trip and made a class book. The children are enjoying reading the reviews and looking at the photographs.
